Code to hide Myspace Google search box
October 25, 2007: UPDATED WITH NEW CODE
Some of you may have noticed a new addition to your Myspace profile; the new Google search box. Myspace launched the new feature this morning and just as quickly a Myspace user has come up with the code to hide or remove the Myspace Google search box. I tried it out myself and, "for now", it is does what it claims; it hides/removes the Myspace Google search box.

great info! So, I have a question...I had mixmap, but checked my profile in firefox...and you can see it (under the view section)...is there a tracker that is really hidden?

Mixmap has an invisible option. Have you tried that?
Q: When you say you "checked your profile in Firefox", are you refering to the VIEW>>PAGE STYLE>>NO STYLE feature?

youu cant hide th ads part otherwise mypsace will delete your account.
they will warn youu first, but youu cant hide it because that is how they make their money
